The RSPCA was formed in 1924 as an organisation funded by voluntary contributions to combat horrific cruelty to animals.
In 1986 nothing has changed except that perhaps we now view ourselves as a nation of animal lovers.
The series 'Animal squad' shatters that illusion and proves that we can never allow the work of the RSPCA to replace our consience.
It should only serve to awaken it. I hope it does. |
